Better quality sleep - no way

The mask itself is very bulky, but not too uncomfortable, so long as, if you're a side sleeper, you lift your head rather than just turn it, as this pushes the mask against your nose. Instructions are OK for setting it up, but absolutely non-existent for anything else. The Android app is hopeless - occasionally it works, then again it doesn't. The device measures sleep patterns, but does nothing to help improve sleep, despite the blurb saying it tells you when and WHY you woke - I already know when I woke, but not why! Production has already stopped and they have moved on to a second model, without sorting out the first model. An expensive waste of money
