Excellent product.
This syrup is effective in controlling excess congestion. Usually you would use this for someone who has a heavy cold, to supplement cold medicine or cough medicine. I use it for a handicapped person who is unable to swallow effectively and so is in frequent danger of choking, to help dry up excess saliva, ensuring patient safety.
