Good guide
Very in depth look at the 18 year property cycle mostly US based. Continuing on the the work of Fred Harrison in the UK to give a complete view of the cycle and the real estate clock to time the market

Epic followup
Continuing 20 years on from the original, this draws on the hopes and fears of the characters.
If you are a fan of the original or new to the film this is one not to miss.

Not very quiet
1 of 1 found this helpful I paid the extra for this product expecting a wisper quiet fan much like a pc case fan. It's not quiet but it does move the air. I'm really disappointed it's about the same as a normal fan in sound but it is more powerful than a cheaper fan.
Overall poor for a so called quiet fan and expensive for a normal fan
