Not an Adapter

Nice but...
This is a nice stainless unit with a plastic base and works as advertised. I wanted to open it to clean the insides, but this thing doesn't come apart. My old one could be taken apart and the insides washed, this one you can't. I can not use a kitchen utensil unless I am pretty sure it is clean. I might have to break this apart to properly wash it for prolonged use.
