Honey moisture / Maple sugar content !

Good for confirming Honey moisture as < 19% (reading would be >78 in refractometer scale) is desirable and also confirming maple syrup sugar levels during boil-out 66% to be called syrup but some folks prefer to boil to 50-60% range to increase output volume and thin the boil slightly !
