Great concept, but two issues make it near useless

I intended to use this camera for showing off devices I am programming around the laptop to others in meetings. Really a fantastic concept, but there are two huge issues. 1) The button on the camera that is suppose to flip the image 90 degrees only flips it 180 degrees. This means you have to reorient the camera to get it to look right, but that's not always possible due to issue #2. 2) The second and biggest issue is, while the concept is great, the corrugated neck on this device is just way, way too short. It is only 6.5" long. If it was twice as long it would be perfect and amazing. But at 6.5" it can't reach the proper height to show any of my devices properly. Also note that the LED on the camera is extremely weak. (but still nice to have)
