  The seller send me a a graphics card from Croatia to Chile in just a bubble bag and minimal protection (a box is higly recomemed for this type of products). Obviusly, the card come to my hands broken y several parts and really damaged. I requested a full refund, because the seller wasn't agree to pay for return shipping costs because are expensive than the purchase in self. So I ask for a full refund and he offers me just 10 usd. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED

  I offered a full refund along with postage which was $10 and a $30 card. But the buyer asked for $30 just for postage plus $30 for the card. Otherwise, he does not want to return the card back. The postal service broke the card (I can only believe in this case that it is so). I no longer send anything to Chile and the problem is solved.
