Works great
This works well for a creative child or adult for that matter. But can be addictive because you may need to buy more for bigger projects.

Genie failure
Had to replace this board in my genie garage door opener because I unplugged it. The door was working just fine and I unplugged it so I could clean the ceiling in the garage and the kids would not open the door while I was working on the ladder. An hour later I plugged it back in and it would not work. After trying all the online advise I finally determined the board was bad. So I purchase the new board. But my problems where not over. Once I installed it everything worked fine except the wall controller. Again I tried all the online info I could find untill I came across a forum that said if you change to the new board it requires a new style wall controller. I purchase a controller and the installed it and now my garage door is back to working. Still not sure why just unplugging the garage door would burn the board out.
