need a similar digital scanner
scanner is useless in my area it is analog only ,all cities are digital for public service

what do I need to do?
scanner fails to receive any signal on any band , I tried a variety of antennae to no avail, I would like to return item , but need info about return method. a replacement would be acceptable .
