Quick ship-functioned as required
Item arrived VERY quickly! (Thank you)
I had a little trouble getting my SmartThings to configure it; but a little googling and I found directions to do a hard reset and suggestions to help SmartThings see the device. Door position sensor and power supply were not included, but I already had both so all was good there.
