Second one I have installed myself
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a very easy to install device that when connected to the FB280 flood sensor, provides me fairly cheap piece of mind for flood detection. I connected the two and set it behind my fridge since I recently had over 26K in water damage. It was very easy to add it to my Lynx7K system in the program mode (I installed the entire system myself so I am familiar with it). I have one in the basement now and one behind the Fridge and they are set to 24 hour monitor meaning you do not have to have the system in armed mode to detect water or temp.
