Would be awesome if the dimples in the bumper line up with the holes in the bracket

I bought this bracket for my 2013 Town and Country. Per the directions it said to drill out the dimples and attached the bracket. The problem is the bracket holes don't line up with the dimples. The dimples are located to place the license plate not the bracket. I ended up not using the bracket I purchased. I just screwed the plate directly to the bumper.
