  Item was not the full size 1213 with 7" blade but the short size with 5" blade, which are considerably less money new. Messaged seller several times and got no reply, so much for his goodwill morals. I've been a buyer with 100 percent positive feedback on eBay for 23 years and this year has been the worst with sellers misrepresenting their items for a few dollars more

  I'm not on ebay much and missed the buyer's inquiry. I've contacted the buyer and he'll keep the product. I'm giving a partial good will refund with an apology for his inconvenience.. I did offer a full refund but he likes the product. My bad..
