  This buyer bought a 10 year old iPad 3 from me for $20 and expected it to work like a brand new one that costs 20 times as much. He didn't know that these very old iPads don't support all new apps on the App Store. He demanded a refund for the $20 item claiming the description was inaccurate, which is false.
