This cable is very thin an did not work. Bought a different one, heavy duty an it works greats great

easy to move around
I was a bit skeptical about this bench as I had read previous reviews about mis alignment etc. After receiving the cap bench I was able to assemble in about 30 minutes. Everything went together pretty smoothly however once I got it together the the back support turned out to be about 3/8 to half inch off the small rubber bumper. Its still very secured in as it also has the adjustable pull support brace with support knob so it will not move.
I have worked out with this bench a handful of times and am very pleased with the purchase. I would suggest that if you have hardwood floors or even concrete floors that getting some padding with adhesive to place on the support arms that make contact with the floor will stop scratches. I dont know why rubber protectors were not included on such a awesome bench.. This bench weighs about 40 lbs and is easy to move with the handle and the wheels..
