It blows. Good.
What can you say about a blower? It blows. Does what it's supposed to do without any fuss or complication. It doesn't seem to suffer from the usual problems associated with the never ending demand for cheaper products which are virtually always a little less than the product they replace.

Heavy duty, great for 'smashburgers', made in U.S.A.
The Dexter-Russel 16281 Hamburger Turner is an excellent product!
What I would change about it's design is to make it a full tang product. DR probably saved 10 cents by making it only partial tang, which signifies a lack of commitment to quality.
It's heavy duty in design other than the shortfall of the partial tang handle, and is excellent for making 'smashburgers' at home.
Obviously, one could clean up the grinding on the edges slightly, as this level of finish seems another area where they found they could save a few cents on the production of this otherwise fine spatula/turner.
It's made in America, or at least they feel they can legally get away with claiming that fact. This is perhaps of no importance to some people, but I'm willing to pay double for a product made in the U.S.A., and just as willing to abandon a manufacturer who plays fast and loose with such claims.
If I later should find out that DR simply supplies the finishing touches to a product that's not made in the U.S.A., I will simply abandon their brand and convince as many people as possible to do the same.
