  Seller went above and beyond to refund since usps lost the package for nearly over a month. A package was delivered today that had tire marks all over it/ retaped up with weird colored tape which makes me believe usps lost it in parking area in one of their facilities and someone lost items inside as when I opened the very delayed package there were no contents inside anymore making me think usps somehow ripped the package open losing the item inside then tried saving themselves delivering empty
