Perfectly fits

Great innovative analysis of the First Amendment and how the court decisions looking at each phrase in isolation have led to so many mistaken rulings that undermine our democracy--which was the point of the amendment, as explained by Professor Neuborne. I recommend this book to lawyers and non-lawyers alike. Even the dedication at the beginning of the this analysis is a work of art. It brought a tear to my eye.
