Poor customer service, and terrible tire
The tires are unsafe for road use. I ordered these tires thinking they would be a good budget option, and I can t physically drive my vehicle at this time as they cannot be balanced. I ve offered Priority tire to send me a replacement set to a shop of their choosing and they ve refused. In the tire description they indicate
The model guarantees a quiet drive. The directional tread pattern ensures low noise levels throughout the drive. The tread design channels the airwaves through the tire s footprint without letting them come into contact with the tread elements. This prevents the road noise from generating while the tires are in motion, which makes them not heard in the vehicle s cabin. The result is a quiet and comfortable driving experience.
The tires are NOT quiet, the road noise in my 4dr sedan is similar to that of an A/T tire typically on a truck, and the ride quality as stated above is POOR and UNSAFE. As my steering wheel shakes back and forth.
These tires replaced a well-used set of Goodyear RS-A which have 40k on them at were down to 3/32. I replaced them due to my job and not wanting to spend $260 a piece on a tire. I was mistaken for becoming a Priority tire customer, and a purchaser of Lexani tires. NEVER AGAIN.
If I had a microphone that could pick up the ride quality these tires offered, I d share it here.
