Since it is so short, you can always do the exercise a second time.
I have not done Yoga before so I was concerned it wasn't going to be a challenge for me sitting down...WRONG. I was surprised it was only about 20 minutes long. That was probably good for a beginner but may not be challengeing enough for a veteran.
