Celestial Seasonings Rooibos Herbal Tea Madagascar Vanilla - Caffeine Free

Comparable to a rich and complex black tea

This is my favorite tea in the whole world. It is healthy and delicious. And it is caffeine free, so I can switch to Rooibos mid-afternoon after several espresso shots earlier in the day. :-) I can't adequately put the taste of it into words, so try it yourself. It is sort of comparable to a rich and complex black tea, but it is in its own category. Coffee is the nectar of the gods, but Rooibos comes in a pretty close second. It is sad to me that it has become impossible to find in stores. Oredring it online is inevitably more expensive. So another everyday pleasure has become a "luxury purchase". But I love it so I will buy it.

Meditation enhancement

I discovered Hemi-Sync by accident thanks to an excerpt on Youtube. I've normally practiced TM (since 1986) in silence. I find that I now have consistently much deeper meditations listening to Hemi-Sync programs while doing TM. Also, since starting Hemi-Sync, my regular silent TM sessions are deeper, as well. This has led to an unexpected and very welcome increase in clarity and energy. I only wish I had tried this sooner, but TM teachers advise against practicing TM in tandem with any other tool. I can only say, for me, it enhances my meditation practice. This particular CD, with Jonn Serrie's wonderful music, is my favorite.
