just the pan
no instructions and no template. but I have done this same project on another boat so no instructions we no problem for me, but a template is a must. I made one out of old card board I had. also the screws that came with foot pan were micro sized. no way they would have worked. my suggestion is pay a few dollars more and get a kit with a template, instructions and some stainless steel screws that might actually work.

hard to install by yourself
bed cover looks good after I got it on truck. but it was extremely hard for me, one person to get it all lined correctly and tighten down.
definitely have a helper to hold things in place.
