Great
I loved the second book of the series firefly Lane. I could not put the book down. This was a a tearjerker also. I just kept hoping thru the whole book the family would reunite. Remember read firefly Lane first and then Fly away. Kristin Hannah is a very good author and I ordered more of her books after reading these two.

Great
I have another exhale DVD I love and this one is the same. They give you an easy version and a harder version and they are very good at explaining the moves. It’s short quick workouts but you definitely feel the difference afterwards. I will order more exhale videos.
