great blade!

I never expected that it was possible for this old 16-5/16" Makita saw to be able to make a cut like this! It cut 6x6's like they were cut on a miter saw with a high dollar finish blade. It cuts plenty fast enough for such a nice cut, and there was no twisting in the cut like the thinner blades. If the quality of your cuts with this saw matter, this is the blade to get.

better than I thought it would be

The clamp is very strong, and the light works better than I thought it would. I have ordered the version with the weighted base after being more than satisfied with this one.
