2 of 2 found this helpful For a couple of dollars you can try out a slide guitar. I have a glass slide so its pretty light. I think you might need a heavier slide in order to work on thicker strings. I use just the top four which is plenty. It took 5 minutes to loosen the strings and slip the nut on. I recorded a little piece and it sounded like the real deal. This is another tool in my recording tool box.
