Every teenager needs this book!!!!
1 of 1 found this helpful My 16 year-old wanted this book, so I got for her and her brothers. I read it first, so if any questions came up, I would be prepared. What I didn't expect was how it spoke to me. There is a chapter named "Small Hard Things" that is so needful! That was the best chapter! You can do a lot of big things, but if the little things don't get done, sooner or later there will be a price to pay.
I really liked the book and wish every teenager from 10 to 30 (yes, I have some 30 year old "teenaged" relatives) could read this book, AND apply it! Churches need to have classes with this, give it to graduates, because it is an excellent resource.
If you have a "teenager", this book is an excellent choice for them!! But read it yourself first, because you will be challenged to change your life!

A cute sweet movie!
2 of 2 found this helpful My small children really like this movie. But if your children are used to flashy cartoons, they may be bored by this. It is narrated by an overvoice using animated pictures depicting the action. All of our children watched it, but the little ones liked it best. This video and another of the series that we have has some great songs for each character trait. It is sweet to hear a five year singing about "Building character"! BONUS: No violence, cursing, or any other negative elements. Truly something you can pop in and not worry about!

A Family Favorite!!
This is one of the very best tapes you could have for small children!!! We have worn out about three already over the past 16 years! My children have learned the Books of the Bible by heart, plus all the other songs. This is simply a great wonderful tape that has pleasant music, with children singing. Your children will love it!! And it is one you can listen to repeatedly without losing your mind! The book is a great addition also, to use for keeping up with the songs. i would give 25 stars if I could!!
