Castle Creations Mamba X 1/10 Sensored 25.2V Waterproof ESC / Speed Controller
    Jun 05, 2017
    Perfect esc.
Mamba X. What can I say....all the voltage you could want for a trail rig. Perfect size. Have a servo on my TTC Truck thats over 600oz of torque and most my steering servos make over 400oz of torque so the 8-amp internal bec is amazing...no more external bec for me. It steers my rigs with authority...even in a bind. Waterproof.....another perfect. I'm slowly switching all my rigs over from Holmes-Hobbies BLE Pro to the Momba X esc. The new software is yet...another amazing feature. With data-logging and twice the electrical pulses per second(I was told by a Castle Tech)from over 500 to over 1100 pulses for even more low-end control.... obviously improving brushed motors and sensored brushless motors but also the proving startup of non-sensored Motors. Just an amazing esc. I haven't touched on all the features but these are the ones that are important to me. Obviously as a trail/crawler guy it has all the crawler features a guy like me could ever want......very nice job Castle.
Beyond Tangy Tangerine 2.0 Peach Fusion (3- 480g Canisters) by Youngevity

Tangy Tangerine 2.0 is the only multi supplement I will take. To function normally and for your body to repair itself from your daily activities and fight off colds and viruses it needs the tools to do that. After 35 years of taking supplements and lifting weights I've gotten to the point that I'd rather eat and supplement for health rather than for building muscle. 3 years ago when I lost a loved one to cancer I started doing naturopathic research and found Dr. Joel Wallach supplement. "Read Dead Doctors Don't Lie" and you'll understand a great deal more. Beyond Tangy Tangerine 2.0 is one of Dr Wallach supplements he has manufactured free few short years now because he became disgusted with what was on the market that wasn't real. Personal testimony? Using his supplements I've all but got rid of all traces of arthritis that I've had in my hands and neck. I've also gotten rid of any traces of carpal tunnel pain that I've had in my wrist over the last years. Even my daily naps are shorter by about half and sometimes I go home after work and don't feel like taking one. Taking the supplements isn't a cure-all , you have to get rid of all the other crap in your diet too. Tom

    Bill Davis Brutally Huge?
Ok....here's my review. First I want to say is pictures of Bill Davis is hard to find. You want to know what the author of a "lifting" book looks like after-all...not just one picture that's on the front of his book. Which by the way....he does look pretty big. But not having pictures of the author doesn't make the info any less valuable. I remember the advertisement for Bill's "Brutally Huge" book in the muscle magazines back in the 80's. But it wasn't Arnold so I didn't bother with it. I wanted to be Arnold at 15 , so I used his routine in the gym. Jump forward to age 35. I had 17 1/4 inch arms. Not bad....but not what I wanted. As years progressed I noticed as my intensity went up and my sets dropped I would put on size. I devised a routine with significantly less sets. In just slightly over 3 months I put 3.5 inches on my arms at under 200 pound at 5'7 I had almost 19 inch arm and completely drug-free(always). This was accomplished using only five sets for biceps and lots of rest days. I'm now in my very early 50's(with 18 inch arms) and have hundreds of books on training dating back to the early 1900 hundreds. To make a long story long (oops)...I bought Bill Davis's newer book "The Best Of The Rest Of Brutally Huge". It is fantastic. Bill found out what works best for drug-free lifters in just a couple of short years what took me 20 years to figure out. If you're reading the main stream muscle magazines "STOP IT!!!" now. They're only there to sell you supplement and show a fantasy life that isn't true.....nothing more. You'll never get big following those routines in those magazines. Those routines are design for drugs induced people. You want to get huge get Bill's book. There might be a typo here and there but it is a great book and it will definitely put you on the path to hugeness. I think the only thing lacking if nutritional information. But that's easy. Eat fish , steak , chicken , whole fat organic milk/cream & products , lots of whole eggs , colorful vegetables , fruits , butter and lard....yes...lard. Absolutely stay away from anything processed foods , including bottled oils of any kind. Buy the book. Read it. Institute that knowledge into your routine and get huge. Tom
