Let down by size

The arms are much smaller than illustrated, about 4 inches shorter than my existing one. Towels need to be folded twice to stay on. Would be more appropriate for face flannels. A little insert with fitting instructions would be very helpful. Quality of product is good and is spoilt by "penny pinching" on size.
