This was certainly a FRAUD seller and you can check 230487977419 and there are too many discrepancies ...Oil change every 2000 miles than another one every 2500 miles. This guy belongs of EBAY and in jail...

"You said there where receipts for work you had done in the glove box when I picked up the car...after further investigation I find that there may be FRAUD involed. Riley's Garage shows that this car was there on 1/26/10 But you stated that you purchase the car in LATE LATE February 2010..On 2/18/10 the car was there again 69928 miles and again on 3/10/10 69928 miles ....THAT means the car never left the garage or was hauled by a car transport to who knows where ?? So Riley's Garage had the car for 3 weeks in storage ???? Then on 3/30/10 back to Riley's with 70000 miles. Means the car was driven only 72 miles in 20 days upon arriving to Riley's Garage. Would be interesting to the State Prosecutor if these items that I have receipts for are accurate."

"Some general question about the car. May 6 the car shows 77188 miles You advertised the car at 72000 and yet the vin shows on June 21 69000. How could the car have less mileage 8 weeks after June 21.?? You stated when I called the car had Premium Pkg, Cold weather Pkg. Rear air bags, Multi disc cd player, 5 speed AT Steptonic transmission. Would you please confirm this. What about the tires ? More than anything was is the current mileage today??? Thanks Robert Do you remember this??? Plus your add says all the bells and whistle, a couple small minor scratches that can be buffed out..how about 2 major scratches 17" long each.. with 1 painted over too high the damage. The computer is not working at all, no cd changed and the button you said your son push that heated the seat instanly is for the A/C. Hot seat I don' think so ..the car was never built with heated seats per the local BMW dealer. The engine is missing the lower front engine pan is dripping oil all over my garage. "
