a great router
2 of 2 found this helpful This linksys ea8500 router is better than I expected. The internet speed to my computer more than tripled (21 mbs to 71 mbs) from my old linksys router ea6500. It had been a few years since I had installed a new router and it took me a while. I was not sure where the wps button was and the directions were not as clear as I needed. But I found my way after a couple of hours. A more experienced computer person probably would do it in 10 minutes. I am impressed with this router especially since I did not expect this large improvement in performance/speed. It is a keeper.
