  After some research, the problem we had was lack of communication from seller to buyer. It took days to find out it was out of stock and then even more days for a refund, which was frustrating. Positive seller ratings are really for organized sellers who jump in immediately and advise customer of what s going on. Sometimes stock issues happen. I m very aware as a seller, but the waiting game is no good and it was proactiveness that was lacking here. Ty.
