Long-term Pantry Essential
This is a comprehensive book that covers long-term food storage. It includes interesting recipes that utilize dried and dehydrated ingredients. I especially liked the Mixes section. They really save time in the kitchen.

This book answered many of the questions I have had about Native Americans. It was good to finally hear true American history.
