It's fine if you want a xtian based book, of which I do not.
1 of 1 found this helpful The problem I have with a lot of these books is that they're actually christian based, with lots of bible verses, and god and jesus references, and that's all this book is. I threw it in the trash.

Great book, very inspiring.
The author has and seemingly continues to have, a very interesting life, sharing her struggles. A very compelling read.

Not for the beginner.
This is a very complex, very in-depth review of the chakras and subtle bodies, it is in no way a book for beginners. I have studied the Chakras in connection to my yoga and reiki teaching and practice for over 30 years, and it was an intense read even for myself. I absolutely recommend this book and am so happy I found it.
Just be sure you have at least a rudimentary understanding of the Chakras, or this is going to be a challenging read.
