Great value that worked very well
1 of 1 found this helpful It was less than half the price of a new print head from HP. I wish the ink jets had been cleaned, but not really a problem since a syringe and alcohol easily took care of that. The print head worked great once I put the head in my 8600 and loaded the ink cartridges (which by the way were not HP). The only problem I had was one of the small wires in the head where a cartridge was inserted was bent so that the printer indicated a defective or missing cartridge - I don't know whether I bent it or it was slightly bent when I got it, and I made it worse. A small pair of needle-nose pliers easily fixed that. All in all, the printer now works very well and I would buy a used print head again.
