Have a Drill Handy
While the final product is fine, assembly is a little tough, and the center mounting holes for the frame had been drilled in the wrong place so new ones had to be drilled. Other than those things the product seems to be fairly sturdy and raises and lowers well.

Fits great
Physically, a direct fit. Wish instructions had told how to use with the wiring already in place for the original.
