Exceeded my expectations
I was skeptical that this inexpensive clip would fit all of my needs, but I am thrilled to report that it exceeded all of my expectations. The fit is perfect and finish is better than expected. It holds my Escort 8500 solid on the visor and doesn't feel like the strength will weaken with use/age. I highly recommend this one as it worked fantastically for me.

ThorFire is a nice light with good solid feel
I really like the ThorFire flashlights for their quality feel, bright light, and compact size. I have both the PF01S and the older PF01. I like the smaller size of the PF01S- fits in my pockets better. The construction is solid like its predecessor. Having the light remember the last setting is useful, except I find myself cycling through the modes all the time when I use it because I forget where I left it, last. I also have trouble selecting the mode that I want as either my depressions on the switch are inconsistent or my timing speed is off. Sometimes the mode switches, and sometimes it just stays the same because it thinks I just turned it off for a moment. For this reason, I think I actually prefer the older mode style of the PF01 over the PF01S. It isn't enough to make me give up the smaller size and brightness of the PF01S, though. Out of my "flashlight stable", my favorites by far are the ThorFire lights!
