Okay for 100yd sight in, not a long range scope
1 of 1 found this helpful Took this scope out to the range. The tripod work marginally well, if set on on a bench by itself, then don't touch anything...jittery while you adjust the settings. Works well out to about 100yds. Image is fairly bright and a slow focusing controller lets you define .22 holes quite readily. Going up to 75 power reduces image quality. Perhaps it was that the 200yd. target had come into shadow, but image was too gray to focus in on hits. 75 power became useless, focal clarity lost any sharpness it had at closer ranges. The focus knob had a very narrow band where the subject could almost come into clarity, but not quite. Will try again another brighter day.

Functional, but pricey.
The mag that came with the gun needed adjustment of the feed lips to run smoothly. The bolt kept grabbing the bullet nose below the feeding round. These work flawlessly from the package. My rifle is a bolt action, not sure how well these would keep up with rapid fire in a semiautomatic.
In any case, a bit pricey for what they are. The metal could be a slightly heavier gauge so they would be sturdier.
