Stimulator NOT lifter
I own a Tens unit for my back to relax muscles. That's what this does. Squats, Dog hydrant lifts are some exercises that help.

Deep message
This massager is really deep although it says Not to cover it up I feel it's safe enough cause it shuts off by itself kinda painful if not covered with something to protect your back. Wish it went down a little further also but adjustments to your liking and your fine
