Worked well

We had tried to use a number of older second hand DVD players for the kids on road trips but they kept having trouble playing a whole movie without freezing up, so I may have come in with pretty low expectations. On our road trip with this player we were able to play the whole movie without freezing. The sound on the speakers was plenty loud for the car as well without needing to plug in headphones. Using the remote was simple enough. It did not remember where we had stopped playing the dvd when we stopped and turned everything off. I think it says you have to take the disk out with the power still on for it to remember where it was at, which is kind of awkward, we didn't try that yet. The mounting straps require winding it through the buckle so it took a little while to put it up and take it down.
