Meta Quest Pro VR Headset with accessories. Opened but New

Headset works however, it’s extra features which I bought it for don’t.

The headset itself works mostly as intended. However, I bought this headset to mess with the face and eye tracking features and those seem to not be working properly. I’ve troubleshooted with Meta support and a few friends who all have the headset, but none of them could get its extra features to work properly unlike theirs. There was nothing wrong with the seller, just the product.
