The earcups were a little dirty, but I planned on replacing them anyways. A screw did come undone in shipping though it was easy to put back in. The box looked like it had gotten drop kicked in the mail, but everything was packed well so no damage was done to the headphones.

A lot of features, but not ideal software. Very comfortable with long battery life.

Sound is pretty good. Battery life is excellent. Very comfortable, but some problems with earbuds falling out in the middle of the nights even with the "wings" installed. Programming the transition from music to the various sounds is not super intuitive. When it changes from music to sound effects, the effects jarringly loud and the volume on my IPhone doesn't respond, so I have to take them out at that point. I'm going to have to go online and figure out how to fix this, which probably can be done. But it should be necessary to have to research it, in my opinion.
