Perfect for My Project!
I debated for over a year before buying this couple. I didn't want to end up with Buyer's Remorse. When they arrived, and I put them in the car that I bought them for, they were perfect!
I wanted a couple to fit in my 1:18 scale 1969 Pontiac GTO Judge. They fit like they were made for that car.
The girl's left hand rests perfectly on the center console, and the guy's left elbow rests perfectly on the top of the door, sticking out of the window. I couldn't be more satisfied with the choice I made! Well, maybe if I'd bought them sooner.

Exactly what I needed
This book answered all the questions I had about adding rooms in my basement.
It covers the major steps and the minor details while offering time and money saving advice.
After reading/skimming the book, I felt confident and inspired about my projects, and was eager to begin the work.
I consider this book a wise investment for anyone starting a basement project of their own.
