Charging Cord Doesn't Stay Connected to Earpiece

The end that makes contact with the Bluetooth earpiece is too narrow, so it tends to push the earpiece away and break the electrical contact. Unfortunately, this is a problem with all charging cords for this model, in my experience. It can take several tries to get the contacts to stick. Alternatively, you can use a clip or rubber band to keep them pressed together.
