Work Saver
14 of 14 found this helpful You asked do I like my new Roomba. Heck NO I don't like my Roomba, I love it. I have been watching as it learns it's way around. It actually goes under the tables and between the chair ,legs. I don't move around so well anymore so this is a blessing. My carpets and floor are cleaner than they have been for months. This is not some toy, this is some high-tech. If you are not comfortable using your phone app, this probably isn't for you. I know a lot of seniors out there don't like the new tech. I'm not one of them. The only issue I have is remembering that it needs to be emptied and the filter need to be cleaned regularly. If you are thinking about one of these and you are OK with smartphone apps, stop thinking and get one. You won't be sorry. No more pushing that beast of a vacuum around anymore, just tell Roomba to do it for you and it's done.

More than JUST a furnace.
Although this was designed to melt lead and tin, I found another use that was unexpected and very handy. I make jewelry using the lost wax method. TRhis little furnace works so well, I didn't have to fire up my power eating kiln that I use for burnouts. For small canisters 3" or less, this furnace fits the bill. OH! it's also great at it's intended use of melting lead and tin.
