A Safety Issue for me...
I love this pouch for using my cell phone mounted on a chest rig. I use this horseback riding where at least one hand is occupied controlling the reins. The difficult process of pulling my cell phone out of a pants pocket when riding (in often dangerous places), then risking dropping it is not for me. This pouch allows me to more safely use a cell phone riding. I also use it hiking with my dog.

Great design for over backpacks and gear.
Love this design to cover large packs. Love "sleeves" and wrist openings. Love compact storage in stuff sack. Working well in moderate rain conditions. Like color choices.

Great to distribute weight of battle belt.
Needed to keep up my ever-heavier battle belt setup to avoid pulling pants down. This helps distribute the load well comfortably.
