    Great replacement part
Works perfect to replace the broken original power jack (center pin disappeared). Is an easy replacement. Just remove back cover, remove hold-down bracket, unplug old one, plug this in and replace bracket and cover.

    Good insights
There is a lot of good content in this book, particularly with respect to how we view money and sometimes blindly accept ideas. My primary criticism is with how he bashes 401K plans. He obviously doesn't like them, and he has some legitimate points worth consideration (loss of control, time factors, etc). But his argument about the concept of 100% return on employer match is ill-framed and potentially confusing, in my opinion. It felt a bit like "sleight of hand" argumentation to me. Just lay out the facts without using slightly deceptive argumentation techniques, please.
