Sent a defective item. When I requested a return, the seller was immediately defensive and said that the item he sent wasn’t his. He eventually accused me of changing his pristine item for a defective one- like I would put that time and effort in for a $25 ornament. Don’t take the chance with this seller

Buyer was sent a full refund back and only thing I can think that happened is the main Gem stone in the ornament must have cracked or fell out during USPS shipping of this Christmas Ornament.
