Definitely worth it!
1 of 1 found this helpful Last Gen hardware is great, but only at the right price, for $220 a gtx 1070 is very competitive with even the new market. The price range competition is a gtx 1650 or an rx 580 for now. These two competitor cards for the price get about 65 to 75 percent of the performance of a gtx 1070, making it an obvious choice. Maybe when the cheaper rx 5000 series cards come out, there will be new data to compare too. But for now, definitely go for this card if you need hw cuda acceleration for editing and professional work, or for gaming.

Motherboard works well
The Motherboard works well and fixed the issues with my laptop.

Excellent used ssd
A few things about this ssd.
First, it is twice as thick as a the new standard for ssds, not a problem unless you want to put it in an enclosure.
Second, it has seq read write speeds at around 250 mbps and 4k reads at 100 with writes at about 40.
Mine had 60000 power on hours and i expect it to get around 500000 in total, though i probably wont have it for that long.
Good product overall, however the sata 3gbps is a limiting factor to the slc chips inside.
