why I don't like Hokas after buying 3 pairs.
These shoes had different inserts. Not hoka. The shoes are too flexible and Hokas do not provide arch support. My ankles hurt from wearing them. The guy is good. I like the wider foot base which helps prevent pronation but I need better arch support for my flat feet.

the Liver Cure
I don't have liver problems but a nurse friend suggested I get this book. Yes, the liver filters out poisons and stuff we don't need. But it also interacts with every other organ. You'll find out bodies are miraculous! It will get you to take better care of your body and it lets you know why.

Waste of money if you can't understand directions.
