  Item was new but we had issues with the power block, when I messaged the seller I was confronted with some very vulgar and unnecessary comments. I had purchased the item for my wife as a gift a few weeks before her birthday and had not opened the item and tested it before I gifted it to her. The seller then accused me of breaking the machine and trying to scare him with a bad review. Yes the item was brand new but beware of the customer service from Jason as it was atrocious.
